Before you ask.
Does Twinstead Essentials include a measured 3D model?
Twinstead Essentials starts at $499 for a photographic walkthrough, visible-asset inventory and organized supplied documents. Measured 3D capture and floor plans are quoted separately to the property and agreed scope.
Are concealed building systems verified?
Concealed routes and components remain unverified unless plans or a field visit support them. A concept illustration is not an as-built record, and documentation does not replace licensed inspection or certification.
What technology work can Handiwork provide?
Independently requested networking, Wi-Fi, smart-device setup, TVs and speakers, and separately scoped custom tools. Security cameras, access control and alarm installation are not currently offered. Handiwork does not repair problems another Avodas product documents or verifies.
Is a quote a booking?
No. A quote is a scope and a number. Nothing is booked until you say yes and we agree a time.
When do you work?
Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Central. Site visits are usually booked about two weeks ahead.
How long are you on site?
Most homes take two to four hours in a single visit. Larger properties take longer, and we tell you before we come.
Do I keep the record?
Yes. The record is yours and keeps working whether or not you keep paying us.
Will you do the repairs you find?
No. We never fix what we found, so our findings stay honest. You choose who does the work.
Where do you work?
San Antonio, Boerne, New Braunfels and the Hill Country, and the rest of Texas by arrangement.
Do you offer consulting or training?
Yes, on 3D scanning, the software behind it, and using AI in real work. It starts with a free 33-minute call. About consulting.
