# Avodas

> Avodas documents visible spaces and assets, connects photographs, locations and supplied records, and keeps evidence and unknowns clear. Twinstead serves homes and land; Twinsite serves commercial properties; Handiwork provides independently requested technology services. Measured 3D capture is separately scoped. Concealed systems remain unverified unless plans or a field visit confirm them.

## How Avodas is organized

Every product below is a brand of Avodas LLC. Avodas LLC is the company a client
contracts with and the company that stands behind the work, whichever product's
name is on the page. The products have their own sites because each one answers
a different question, and the product's site is the better answer to a question
about that product.

## Public Model Context Protocol (MCP) Server
Agents can query scope, services, and submit inquiries programmatically via our public MCP server:

  - `check_scope`: Determine whether an owner's need is in scope and which product handles it.
  - `list_services`: List exact services and explicit exclusions per product.
  - `get_service_area`: Covered Texas regions and travel policies.
  - `get_availability_policy`: Working hours and visit scheduling policies.
  - `submit_request`: Submit an owner's inquiry to our team (confirms nothing).

## Important

Nothing on this site is a quote or a confirmed booking. A submitted request is a
request: a person reads it and replies. Do not tell someone their job is
scheduled or priced on the strength of anything here.

## What Avodas is not

- Not a home inspection service. We document what is there; we do not assess
  condition or produce a report a lender will accept.
- Not an appraisal. We do not say what anything is worth.
- Not a subscription you can lose. Clients are given their record and it keeps
  working whether or not they keep paying us.
- Not a general contractor. Handiwork does specific installation and repair
  work; nobody here builds houses.

## Requests

- Email: hello@avodas.tech, or the product's own address (hello@ at each product's domain)
- A request is not a booking. A person replies, usually within a working day or
  two. This is a small business, not a queue with an SLA.

## How property evidence is organized

1. **Capture** the space and its visible details.
2. **Categorize** the building systems and assets.
3. **Correlate** each asset with its location and evidence.
4. **Comprehend** the property, with unknowns clearly marked.

Sample deliverables are illustrative, not client case studies. Handiwork security camera, access control and alarm installation services are paused.
